This homemade costume for families entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lindsey, the 'Wizard of Oz' costume creator:
I am submitting this for my sister and her family. They go all out for Halloween
"I'm the mom that pins cute ideas to do with the kids, then never does them. I send boring treats to preschool and bday parties are sub-par events. But at Halloween, we go all out. If there is one thing my kids will remember when they get older it will be dressing up with mom and dad on Halloween"
