This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Dorothy' costume creator:
My daughter Selena is Dorothy. I got the idea from Pinterest. I covered her wheelchair with a green sheet then I took a thick poster board and drew the emerald city on it and made it glittery. Then I took another thick yellow poster board and made the bricks with a marker and put green construction paper on the sides for the grass. Then I made all the poppy flowers out of tissue paper and pipe cleaners.
