This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gwen, the 'Flo from Progressive' costume creator:
This my 8 year old niece. she is Flo from progressive commercials. Got the idea from my mom is an insurance agent. Costume was pretty easy. white polo shirt and white jeans. white aporn and wrote progressive on it. printed of name tag and i luv insurance button. black wig with a blue head band. she luves it.
