This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Flo from Progressive' costume creator:
This is my daughter Chloe. We love the commercials so she thought it would be different and fun to try something outside the box. We made her apron with an iron on transfer from progressive web site and printed up the nametag. We hot glued blue ribbon to her head band, add red lipstick and eyeliner and voila. Instant flo!
