This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Meghan, the 'Hocus Pocus Winifred Sanderson' costume creator:
My four year old is obsessed with Hocus Pocus and all she wanted was to be Winifred Sanderson.
Couldn't find a costume anywhere so her and I created it using old costumes and a sewing machine.
