This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mary, the 'Hot Air Balloon' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing her hot air balloon costume that we made out of a basket, dowels and an old box kite! We used paper bags stuffed with newspaper for the sandbags and just tied them on.
