This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is my 4yr old daughter Xenia, dressed as Te Fiti from the movie Moana.This costume is homemade.I purchased all the material from Joans Fabrics and along with a pattern to sew together. Her wig is from Spirit Halloween and I purchased her green leotard from Amazon.
