This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

I am wearing the costume. I was on Pintrest and I saw the idea so I made my own.Well the materials are balloons, clear see through plastic stuff, piece of paper, duct tape. So its really easy actually!!
