Judy Skellington Costume

To make this costume I bought a long auburn wig at Goodwill. I bought a $1 roll of glittery black wired floral ribbon and made a large bow which I hot glued onto an old black headband. The face was basic black and white face paint from Snazaroo . The dress is grey jersey I cut the fabric into a rough spiderweb shape big enough to fit around her waist and then stitched it over top of one of her skirts with shorts underneath them. The blazer is a plain black blazer that I stretched the grey Jersey material over and hot glued it down. I drew Black spiderweb designs over top and bottom. She wore a plain white tshirt under the jacket with a black strecth bowtie that I hot glued a dollar store plastic spider on. The pothole stockings were mine and the boots were hers. Total cost roughly $5 new material. Everything else we already had and simply altered for the Character.
Total time invested about 3 days of cutting -stitching-gluing.
