This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michael, the 'Little Red Riding Hood' costume creator:
This is Harper Thomas. The outfit was bought and my wife made the hood. Harper is 2 years old and will be three on March 31st 2018. The dog in the picture with her is her husky Nova. My wife came up with the idea to do the pictures together because Harper and Nova are the same age.
