This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Molly, the 'Nightmare Before Christmas Sally' costume creator:
I am Camsky's Aunt. My sister made the costume of Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. She bought a cheap thrift store dress and bought the material for the patches from JoAnn's Fabric. She hotglued the patches. The knitted yarn into tights for the wig and stitched thin yarn into the leggings. Simple face paint made the remaining look. Total cost $20.
