This homemade costume for girls entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Paper Dolls' costume creator:
Myself and daughter were paper dolls for Halloween..I got the idea from the cover of the parenting magazine. Used card board to make the shape I wanted and painted it the colors I wanted. Super cheap and easy fun to make costume! My daughter won most creative in the parade in our town.
