This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jasmine, the 'Queen of Hearts' costume creator:
My daughter is wearing this costume and she really wanted to be The Queen of Hearts. I used around 10 rolls of tulle and 3 decks of cards. I spent around $70 on the costume all together. We made the hat and the card collar. I glued cards to the tulle and bought red sparkle paper and glues those to her dress as well. We bought a black shirt and added hearts to the shoulders.
