This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Radi, the 'Sailor Girl' costume creator:
We ran across the red sailor dress at a second hand store in July. My daughter loved it, so we bought it for $8. I added a sailor hat for $5 from a Halloween store and the anchor earrings (on clearance) for $1 at Claire's. I think she is just Adorable!!
