This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nedra, the 'Cousin Itt' costume creator:
Daughter wanted to be cousin It. Could not buy it so we made it. 2 6' blonde wigs with 1 3' wig to cover spots. Sewed together. Trimmed excess hair from bottom. Glues the extra hair to black gloves so when she reached for candy her hands would be covered. Bought the hat at Halloween store and glasses at dollar store. She is SWEET NEAT AND PETITE
