This homemade costume for kids entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jo, the 'Hobos' costume creator:
My children Olivia and Mack are wearing homemade hobo costumes. Thanks to my mother in law whom added the patch work to old clothes. I add trash and signs to shopping g carts to complete the look. A bit of makeup too.
