This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rita, the 'Tinkerbell and Peter Pan' costume creator:
Tinkerbell is my grand daughter, Addie. Peter Pan is my grandson, her twin, Webber. They loved watching "Hook" and decided they wanted to be these characters. So I got busy ordering the right color tights for Peter and we made a Tutu for Tinkerbell. The loved roll playing for weeks after Halloween. Their little brother was a lost boy that same year.
