Inspector Gadget Costume

I am the one wearing this costume. I made the copter hat by first cutting small pvc piping and bracing the corners with some metal and tape. Then i made the propellors out of cardboard and attatched them to a bolt that went through the pvc and hat with washers so the top 3 propellors could turn. i put bike helmet padding on the inside of the hat so it would fit tighter to hold the entire weight steady at all times. painted the cardboard red and applied black electric tape as handles.
