This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kim, the 'Dorothy & Toto' costume creator:
My dog Callie is 5 yrs old. I used a store bought customer and modified it with material from Joann’s fabric to make it fit. I also purchased material to make the ruby slippers and velcroed over her socks.
