This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ellie, the 'German Dirndls' costume creator:
Winnie is a 23 week old Great Pyrenees puppy (already 45+ pounds!) who enjoyed her first Barktoberfest this October in Franklin, TN. My dad's ancestry is German and I wanted to embrace my German heritage, so Winnie and I both dressed up in German dirndls. There was a Pumpkin Patch booth set up at the festival where you could take your photo.
