Rizzo's Hot Air Balloon Costume

This is Rizzo, she is a two year old rescue german shepherd/hound mix. She was found on the side of the road with her deceased mother and 11 siblings at just 6 weeks of age. Unfortunately, Rizzo was the only pup to survive. She was very sick and needed around the clock care, I volunteered to foster her back to health. When the time came to take her back to the shelter so she could be put up for adoption I just couldn't do it. She became my foster failure. I am so glad I met this little girl and have her in my life she is my best friend! Side note: Rizzo hates clothing, so Mama had to think outside the box for her Halloween costume!
