A word from Jennifer, the 'Joan Rivers' costume creator:
We adopted our beautiful dog, Joan Rivers, from Stray Rescue of St. Louis. Despite having a few hard years of life as a stray, she has been perfect and so loving in our family. We decided to stick with what she is best at and dress her as Joan Rivers for Halloween this year!
