This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Baudelio, the 'Plumber' costume creator:
Shelly is a plumber I got the idea online. I first got a school bus toy and I surrounded the vehicle with cardboard and made a plunger from a tupper ware. Next I came up with the outfit and glued tools to the back pocket of the pants.
