This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chanin, the 'Pretty as a Peacock' costume creator:
This is Macie,my 8 year old Yorkie and she is modeling her Pretty as a Peacock costume. It's made from tulle and peacock feathers mostly. Her mask is made from bendable craft foam, hot glue and feathers. And strangely, no she didn't mind one bit.
