This store bought costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Annie, the 'Scooby and Shaggy' costume creator:
I bought my Scooby costume and bought my boyfriend the Shaggy costume. My boyfriend did not want to wear it so I decided it would be perfect for my Service Dog in training, Ian. We had such a blast wearing it to school and different events!!
