This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Colleen, the 'Witchy Wonderful' costume creator:
Minnie is a 10 year old female Chihuahua. She loves to dress up, especially for Holloween. This is her favorite costume. The hat is worn with an elastic band under her chin. The hat is stuffed with tissue to keep it upright.
