This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Morgan, the 'Dracula Sultress' costume creator:
Morgan Jackson is wearing the costume. I used face paint from the Halloween store. I bought the dress on clearance at a costume shop and modified it to my liking with items purchased from a fabriic shop. The mobster costume was made with a costume pattern I got off line. I was able to get the fabric on clearance at the local fabric shop.
