This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Misty, the 'Elliott and E.T.' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. Just googled some old movies and saw a few kids/adults attempt.
Use old milk crate, attach some handle bars for the bicycle look.
ET was made from stuffed bear with a mask, and ET picture taped to it.
Red hoodie and jeans..... So very easy and an awesome costume!
