This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charmine, the 'Hocus Pocus' costume creator:
We put these together last year before you could find the packaged deal. Although, this year I did replace the wig with the official movie wig for Winnie and we ran amuck through town! They are store bought pieces we put together to form what we wanted.
