This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ciara, the 'Jane Jetson' costume creator:
I paper mache a 54" balloon, cut cardboard for the tail and edges. I used rope for the straps. The wig was bought from halloweencostumes.com the dress from forever 21, and the tights from walmart.com. I used white fabric and hot glued it on top of the triangular carboard.
