A word from Kim, the 'Kim Kardashian & North West' costume creator:
My name is Kim and my best friend's name is Chloe. When we meet new people an tell them our names people always say, "Oh, Kim & Chloe.. like the Kardashians!" So I had the idea to dress up as Kimmy K for Halloween this year. All i needed was a high waisted pencil skirt and long sleeve crop top. I had my friend contour my face & do my make up close to how Kim Kardashian does hers.
