Loonette the Clown Costume

I came up with the idea because i wanted to have a 90s theme t.v show and this was very popular when i was a child it was also my favorite t.v show. I put the costume together myself the clothes i bought from a second hand store and i sewed on the sun and made those myself and found a hat to poke holes through for my hair and socks from the dollar store i already owned the doll and just bought clown sunglasses. it cost me under 30 dollars to put this together.
