This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

I am wearing the Missy Elliot Supa Dupa Fly outfit.
Out the blue as Halloween was approaching I needed a costume. Out of the blue I said "I'm going to be Missy Elliott".
The helmet was pretty easy to make.
Hot glue gun, wiring, foam paper (with or without glitter) clear glue if adding more glittler. $1 glasses at Dollar Tree. And that is about it.
