This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Allie, the 'Poker Chip Dress' costume creator:
I'm wearing this costume. The idea came from my historic costume textbook and it's a dress made in the 60's. I made the dress out of 300 poker chips and 1500 jump rings.
