This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shirley, the 'Rock Star' costume creator:
Most of my items came from thrift shops, including the wig, leopard print pants, and sign. I borrowed the mic and wear my own velvet coat and boots.
Load up on eyeliner for a real rockin look.
