This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shonda, the 'Troll Doll' costume creator:
I made the dress to look like the old school troll dolls, a really simple felt dress. For the hair, I used a topiary foam cone found at a craft store. I shaped the base to fit to my head and then bobby pinned my hair to it, then hair sprayed the heck out of it and finished it off by spraying it with neon color hair spray.
