Wyldstyle Lego Costume

I Nikki am wearing the costume! The idea came from my daughter & son who love playing withing legos. I wanted a costume they both knew of the character & I wanted to surprise them. Wyldstyle aka Lucy from the new lego movie seemed to be perfect. To make my costume it took a lot of:
"kids your going to bed early, moms going to work on costume"
alot of "ahhh moooooom, do we have too?"
4 pieces of 1x1 fabric sheets
Black & yellow spray paint
Blue, pink & gray paint
Black gorilla tape
2 large boxes
Suspenders straps
When I suprised my kids at our church fall festival, my 9 yr old daughter said "mom im glade we went to bed early now. You really are awesome & can do anything!! I didn't think my arts/crafts were much until my kids tell me how much of a good job I do. It's my children's words that keep me lifted & believe anyone can do anything as long as u got your kiddos to back you up!
