This store bought costume for adults entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ricky, the 'Christmas Elf' costume creator:
The idea I got when I seen it at party City one year. Under the tunic I am wearing a red leotard with green tights with a pair of black fishnets. I came up with red leotard and tights myself. It was hard to find the green tights so went to a dance shop and picked up white tights then colored them green. And the shoes I found at wal-mart.
