This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Cinderella and her Carriage' costume creator:
Our special needs daughter Brinlee received her first wheelchair last week so we decided she needed to be Cinderella and Cinderella can't go to the ball without her carriage and horse (our yellow lab Bella, Brinlees best friend). We made the Carriage out of PVC pipe, spray paint, christmas lights, and pink sparkly fabric. It took us 10 hours to make it and cost us about $150. Bella's costume is also homemade.
