My 4yr old daughter Ava loooooooooved Cindyloo Who as soon as she saw the Jim Carrey Movie, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. We purchases her wig on Amazon and already had the dress on hand. We added eyelashes and that's it!

Thanks so much!
I purchased the wig at My Costume Wigs. This was by far the cheapest place I could find. I previously also purchased a purple bob wig when she was "Hit Girl" from the movie Kick Axx.
