This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.

Susan Witt is wearing the costume.
Idea came from all the construction cones and detours in the city of montreal. Also the daily news on the Charbonneau Commission.
Costume was made with bristol board and masking tape. construction helmet was from when skylab was falling.
