This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tiffanie, the 'Cruella Deville' costume creator:
Kamiyah is Cruella Deville. She loves her disney movies, so we stick with a theme. Bought black and white hose and cut a leg of each to show both colors. Bought a black dress. Made her shaw and stuffed it to make it puffy. Made her hair crazy with hair paint. Made her cigarette from a straw and used red glitter for the end.
