Dizzy from the Isle of the Lost Costume

My daughter Mia’s is wearing a homemade costume. My mother used a sewing pattern from the 1980’s to make the dress. The fabric was chosen by Mia. After the outfit was sewn, my daughter and I splattered paint all over it. We then took an old pair of puffy headphones and wrapped them in foil, sparklely pipe cleaners, and stuck small glittery shapes to the foil. We then topped it off with a pair of red glasses from a McDonalds’ happy meal a couple years ago. I added Ann open halloween pin instead of finding a huge broach. We did add glitter to her hair but that isn’t hard to see. Please ignore the Halloween tights on underneath it was cold out and that was a compromise.
