This store bought costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Dorothy and the Lion' costume creator:
I was trying to think of a creative costume for my daughter and my friends son to wear for Halloween and I thought of the wizard of oz. we found the costumes on Amazon. For Dorothy I found some red sparkle shoes at Payless. And I found a Todo in a basket on Amazon for added cuteness.
