This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Catherine, the 'Harley Quinn' costume creator:
Zee is a 5 year old female boxer mix. I got the idea from the movie Suicide Squad. I used a McCall pet pattern as a guide line. Stretchy materials, Velcro, elastic, ribbon, studs, and notions purchased at Joann fabric. Wig and socks were purchased on eBay. Just have fun.
