This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jade, the 'Harley Quinn' costume creator:
My daughter Keely is dressed up as Harley Quinn Suicide Squad. I ordered the shorts through Ebay. I bought a white tank top and dyed the shirt and took sand paper to make it look ragged. We had a baseball bat already so we just wrote the words on it. We bought the fishnet stocking from Walmart. Her hair was already dyed this color so we just put it in pigtails.
