This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Toni, the 'Hunger Games' costume creator:
Our family dresses in a theme every year that we vote on. This year, Hunger Games beat all odds. The costumes were pieced together from items I found at thrift stores in the area and doctored up arts and crafts style.
