This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
I love this peacock costume that I made. I ordered peacock feather online and hot glued them to a triangular shaped piece of cardboard. I put the piece of cardboard in the back of my shirt. I made a no-sew tutu in peacock colors using tulle and ribbon. I found a peacock belt and necklace at the store to add to my costume.
