Pied Piper of Liberia Costume

My son, David, 2-1/2 is wearing my costume. It's title is "Pied Piper of Liberia; Leading ebola out of Africa". His robe is a pillow case. We already had the recorder, and my husband bought the hat in Egypt a few decades ago. The "ebola" letters are spelled out in yellow plastic liner from an old water bed. Inside the letters, I have fiberfill surrounding wire that I bought at Home Depot. Wire hangers would worked just as well. I use basting stiches to hold the letters in place on a scrap of mesh fabric. I pinned the letters to the back of his pillow case costume.
