This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Devon, the 'Sophia Grace and Rosie' costume creator:
My best friend and I dressed up as Sophia Grace and Rosie who were featured on the Ellen show. We bought white vnecks, stencils and shirt paint to make the shirts...we bought some tool online to make the tutus...we ordered the ruffle socks from party city and we bought our shoes at Payless. and we bought our crowns and microphones from the dollar store...spent about $25 on the costume
